At LetsBonk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process for returns and refunds.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for returning products and receiving refunds. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return Eligibility
Eligible Returns
You may return items purchased from LetsBonk within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the items meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The return is initiated within the 30-day return window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear beyond inspection
- Custom-strung rackets (unless defective due to manufacturing issues)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Gift cards
- Personal items such as grip tape, shuttlecocks, or tennis balls that have been opened or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As Is" at the time of purchase
Refund Conditions
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. To qualify for a full refund, items must be in their original condition, including:
- Unused and unworn
- Free from damage, scratches, or marks not present at the time of purchase
- Complete with all included accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc.
- In original packaging that is undamaged and includes all original packing materials
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs

Incorrectly Shipped Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item
- We will arrange for a return and send the correct item or provide a full refund
- Return shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be covered by LetsBonk
Refund Process
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item(s) securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-defective items):
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
- LetsBonk is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
For defective items, incorrect shipments, or warranty claims:
- LetsBonk will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Follow the specific instructions provided by our customer service team
Refund Timeframe
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days after inspection
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1-3 business days
- Other payment methods may vary in processing time
Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not directly process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our standard return procedure
- Place a new order for the desired item
This approach ensures faster processing and allows you to secure the replacement item without waiting for the return to be processed.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Items that are returned outside the 30-day window but within 45 days (20% restocking fee may apply)
- Items that show signs of use or wear beyond normal inspection
- Items missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Items that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer
The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and will be at the discretion of LetsBonk's customer service team.
Promotional Items and Discounts
For items purchased with promotional discounts or as part of a bundle:
- If you return a single item that was part of a promotional bundle, the value of the discount will be deducted from your refund
- If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition
- Promotional shipping discounts will not be refunded if you return all items from an order
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- All terms of this refund policy apply to international orders
- International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returns
- Please mark returned packages as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs fees
- Due to longer shipping times, the inspection period for international returns may be extended
Exceptions
LetsBonk reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Any exceptions made will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce this policy in other instances.
Special holiday return policies may be announced during major shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) and will temporarily supersede this standard policy where applicable.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. The version of the policy that will apply to your return is the one in effect at the time of your purchase.
